This page is a practical V1 draft for product transparency and App Store readiness. It is not formal legal advice — have an attorney review before relying on it as binding policy.
By using Outta Controls you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
OC provides community features including a feed, OC Takes, profiles, members directory, direct messages, and related media. Discord powers sign-in and remains a separate product.
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass others, post illegal content, spam, scrape, or attempt to break security or access private DMs.
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant OC a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the product. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the Guidelines.
OC is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party embeds (such as X or YouTube) are subject to those platforms’ terms and availability.
